Noah Beck comes from a family of educators, and it has had a lasting influence on his mindset.
"The biggest thing I took from that environment is curiosity — always being open to learning and never assuming you know it all," he told American Studies in January 2025 of his parents, Tim and Amy Beck. "To go into every conversation with an open mind. That mindset has really stuck with me."
It also stuck with his older sisters, Haley and Tatum, who followed their mom and dad's footsteps into education.
Though Tatum told the Arizona Republic that she pivoted to social media following a bad experience teaching, Haley worked in the Peoria Unified School District in Glendale, Ariz., until she was placed on administrative leave in 2025 for an alleged sexual relationship with a student.
Amy was placed on leave from her school in the same district weeks later, after a video of her appearing to simulate oral sex on Noah resurfaced online.

Tim and Amy share three children — Tatum, Haley and Noah — who were all raised in Arizona.
The TikTok star-turned-actor told American Studies that his family has lived in the area for nearly three decades and that he appreciates "it more and more" every time he comes home.
"My parents have lived in the same house I grew up in for 28 years now, even before they had me," Beck explained. "It's home. No matter where I go in the world, coming back here is always special."

During the 31 years he worked as a boys' soccer coach for Ironwood High School, Tim helped mold his son into a Division I soccer star.

"Growing up, my dad was my coach, so he was always pretty tough on me and instilled certain non-negotiables when it came to training," Noah told GQ in December 2025. "He instilled a lot of things that live with me today."

Amy has worked as an elementary school teacher in Arizona for over 20 years. According to a Facebook post from Coyote Hills Elementary School, she was hired as a second-grade teacher in 2019.
Tim worked as a high school teacher and soccer coach until he retired in April 2025. During the three decades he worked as a coach, his team took home over 500 wins, including five state championships.
“Obviously this was a decision that I did not take lightly," he told the Glendale Independent at the time. "After thorough reflection and discussions with those closest to me, mostly my wife, Amy, I came to the conclusion that it was time."
He continued, "It was something that had been going through my mind for the past few seasons — especially after last year's championship run — but it was decided that now just felt like the proper end to this journey.”

In April 2026, the Peoria Unified School District put Amy on paid administrative leave from Coyote Hills Elementary School.
Though the district said in a message to the families of her class that the decision was based "out of an abundance of caution," it came after a video of her appearing to simulate oral sex with her son recirculated online.
The clip, which Noah allegedly posted in April 2020, features him and his mother miming a sex act while lip-syncing to Jay Rock's track “Kings Dead,” which includes explicit lyrics about oral sex.
Neither Amy nor Noah responded to PEOPLE's requests for comment, and the video is no longer on the TikTok star's account.
