The name Taylor Sheridan has commanded some A-list talent to the shows he's created or is attached to. For series television, it started off with Kevin Costner and Yellowstone, then Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in 1883, then Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren in 1923. Next came Jeremy Renner in Mayor of Kingstown and then Sylvester Stallone in Tulsa King in his first ever television series role. Now, Samuel Jackson will lead a Tulsa King spinoff series, Frisco King.

What is Frisco King about?
Originally called NOLA King, Frisco King follows Russell Lee Washington Jr. (Jackson) who, after befriending Dwight Manfredi (Sylvester Stallone) during a ten-year stint in federal prison, is sent to Tulsa by New York's Renzetti crime family to take Dwight out once and for all. Inspired by what Dwight created in Tulsa and impressed with the possibilities of second chances, Washington decides to start anew in Frisco, Texas. Jackson will serve as an executive producer on Frisco King alongside Sheridan and Stallone.

Production is slated to begin on Frisco King in late March.

Samuel L. Jackson as Russell Lee Washington Jr. Over his 50+ year career, Jackson has starred in some iconic films including Pulp Fiction, Jurassic Park, as well as various Star Wars and Marvel movies.
Asa Germann as Teddy, a sharp, savvy, entrepreneurial college dropout who gets Lee’s attention. Germann is probably best known for his roles in The Boys and Gen V. He most recentlly starred in Scream 7.
Kai Caster as Keith, a polite valet at the local Sandman Hotel. Caster previously appeared as a Young Kayce on Yellowstone. His other credits include Magnum P.I., The Baxters, and American Horror Story.
Lilah Pate as London, a local cheerleading goddess recruited by Lee, who’s not afraid to use her good looks to get what she wants. Pate has starred in several series including The Summer I Turned Pretty, Outer Banks, and The Runaways.
Savanna Gann as Avery, a fellow cheerleader and friend of London’s who’s also recruited to join Lee’s crew. Gann's credits include Rebel Moon, Tell Me Liees, and English Teacher.
