Madonna, 67, debuted the song during her surprise Coachella appearance with Carpenter on April 17.
During the surprise performance, Madonna rose from the stage during Carpenter's "Juno" transition, before the pair performed Madonna's "Vogue" and "Like a Prayer."
"So, 20 years ago today, I performed at Coachella. I was in the dance tent, and it was the first time I performed ‘Confessions on a Dance Floor' part one in America," Madonna said. "It was such a thrill, and it's a thrill to be back. It's a full circle moment, you know? [It's] very meaningful for me."
