Following their 2026 Met Gala debuts, Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie stunned in another set of stylish looks.

On Monday, May 4, the Heated Rivalry costars, who play ice hockey rivals turned lovers in HBO Max's LGBTQ+ romance-hockey drama (adapted from author Rachel Reid's novel of the same name from her popular Game Changers series), turned heads as they walked the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City for the very first time.

After their respective buzzy appearances, both Storrie, 26, and Williams, 25, attended GQ's Met Gala After Party, each adding another skin-baring outfit to the night's repertoire.

Storrie put an elegant spin on businesswear with a deep brown cape shrugged over his shoulders, overtop of a simple tan suit. The actor went shirtless beneath the jacket and completed the look with a pair of brown dress shoes. Storrie also attended Saint Laurent's afterparty in the same ensemble.

Williams' look, from the ERL fall/winter 2026 collection, seemed to draw from a range of inspirations: his white shirt and cummerbund, plus his cropped black suit jacket, evoked "classic formal tailoring," per a press release from the designer. His silky track shorts aligned with a more casual vibe, and Williams paired the look with white custom dress socks raised to the knee, plus black hand-crafted loafers, a black beret and chunky black shades.

Earlier in the night, on the steps of the Met, Storrie arrived wearing a sleek black Saint Laurent suit with a black-and-white polka-dot shirt with a scarf draping down his back and Tiffany & Co. gold jewelry. While posing on the steps, he took off his jacket, showing off his toned arms.

Meanwhile, Williams brought matador vibes to the event in a custom powder-blue Balenciaga suit with a black cape and black trim details. He went shirtless under the jacket, showing off his chest and added dramatic eye makeup.

During Vogue's livestream, Williams revealed the inspiration behind his look. "We have two stories going on," he said. "We have this one, which is kind of like an old Cristóbal [Balenciaga] thing, but the makeup is inspired by Black Swan because me and groomer Aika [Flores] love that movie. We wanted to reference cinema and do the white swan coming to black swan a little bit."

The theme of the 2026 Met Gala was "Costume Art," tied to the Met's upcoming exhibit of the same name, which explores “the centrality of the dressed body” by pairing garments with paintings, sculptures and objects spanning 5,000 years of art.

While Storrie and Williams' latest appearance marks their first time attending fashion's biggest night, the pair previously proved they know their way around a red carpet when they rolled up in matching skin-revealing outfits at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in March.

For the occasion, Storrie wore a skin-tight long-sleeve top paired with black pants, a black belt and a light brown fur coat draped over his arm. And while the two apparently didn't intend to sport matching outfits, Williams chose a sheer ensemble by Balenciaga that featured a dramatic veil that wrapped around his neck and draped onto the floor for a train effect.

"Me and @jamesyardley did not plan this," Anastasia Walker, Williams' stylist, wrote on her Instagram Stories, tagging Storrie's stylist, James Yardley.

In addition to crossing off a few fashion firsts, Storrie and Williams also made their Golden Globes debut in January to present the Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role - Television award together to Adolescence star Erin Doherty.

"It's a little nerve-racking here being here at our first Golden Globes," Storrie said onstage, prompting Williams to quip, “Just take a deep breath and picture everyone in the audience, you know…”

And shortly after Storrie told Williams that picturing the audience in their underwear wouldn't work because "everyone's seen us" naked, he gave a shout-out to those who likely have streamed the steamy series: "Their trainers have, and their moms have, and their daughters have."
