- Brooke Hogan commented on rumors that she and HGTV's Scott McGillivray are romantically involved.

- The married mother of two is McGillivray's partner on the current season of the network's show *Rock the Block*.

- McGillivray, who is also married, left a cheeky comment on her message.

Brooke Hogan is aware of the speculation that she and HGTV host Scott McGillivray, her costar on the network's *Rock the Block*, are involved romantically.

"People looooove to speculate," Hogan wrote this week on social media. "There's been a lot of people commenting on posts of me and Scott suggesting we have a 'thing' going on. And honestly, it's just mean and hateful. (But sorry we're so funny and adorable on camera.)"

Hogan's words accompanied several photos of McGillivray with her husband, retired NHL player Steven Oleksy, whom she married in 2022.

She continued in the caption, "So for those people, I'll just leave you with these pictures of Scott and my husband. If you're worried about anyone, worry about my hockey player husband stealing his sweet Canadian heart."

The images showed McGillivray laughing as he fed Olesky with a utensil. The athlete held one of the twin babies that he and Hogan welcomed in January 2025, Molly Gene and Oliver Andrew, on his lap. In another shot, Olesky himself held one of the little ones.

McGillivray, who's been an HGTV host since 2008, cheekily commented on the post, "I never fed Brooke like this! Just Steve."

Hogan, who's also a reality TV veteran, joined him this year as his partner on the competition series. The concept is that four teams of two have just seven weeks and $275,000 to transform identical cul-de-sacs.

For what it's worth, McGillivray is married with two children of his own.

Hogan, who's appeared on TV series including *Hogan Knows Best* and the spin-off *Brooke Knows Best*, has been open about her feelings on multiple subjects, including her father, Hulk Hogan, who died in 2025. He was 71.

She explained afterward that they weren't speaking at the time.

When asked this month why she hadn't been part of a Netflix documentary about him, she had a clear answer: "No matter how much people have either dogged my dad or loved my dad, if he calls and says, 'Hey, there's an opportunity for you to be on TV,' everybody's tune changes real quick," she told Page Six. "All of a sudden they're on Team Hogan. I didn't want to be in the company of people that I've seen switch up."

She said in the premiere of her HGTV series last month that she had joined it for "a fresh start for my life."

Hogan is now a professional designer.

"I feel like I've been through so much, and I've been doing my design business quietly, and I kind of just let the narrative be whatever people want to say," Hogan said on the show, per TV Insider. "It was actually my husband that inspired me to say, 'Brooke, you need to tell people your story, and you need to not be afraid to share it.'"

*Rock the Block *airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
